Since our first undertaking is the challenge of eating together as a family for twenty one days, a majority of our planning will be meal plans. I love meal planning, because husband can’t complain when the day comes — it’s already written in pen, we can’t make anything else! Ha! It’s also a wonderful way to save money down the line.
In our kitchen inventory currently has plenty of pasta, chicken, canned mushrooms, cream of ___ soups, tuna, and canned corn. Those will be our staples for the week of February 7th-13th.
